January 2010 Update: Egads. I haven't updated a thing since May 2008! I wish I could say I was busy building, but... May 2008 Update: I started a new page called "The House". Yes! It is started. You can follow along with all my mistakes, blunders, and celebrations here... actually, that's only the basement pictures so far (see...I TOLD you I'm bad at updating stuff!). I heard someone say one time that there were two ways to climb an oak tree. You can either jump up and grab a branch, and pull yourself up..... or you can sit on an acorn and wait. I've never been much on waiting. This is a "work in progress"….or usually NOT in progress, as the case may be. If you would have told me a year ago when I bought my little 3-1/2 acre Eden that I'd still be trying to get a barn built after a year, I would have laughed. Who would have thought that it would take the entire summer just to get the chicky coop built?? This is the "diet" version of the website. Half the calories, twice the content! Someday I'll get the rest of it done. Yeah, right. |
